I love my lab

Did I ever mention that my lab is awesome? So on Monday I was talking with Mikio at lunch, and he said that Sunday night there was a news program that ran a special on anime conventions in the United States, and that they were covering A-kon in Texas.

Today at lunch I was talking and a whole big group of the guys about anime conventions (because Kenji also saw the news special Sunday night) and that got us to talking about Otakon (which is this weekend and which I'm missing...*snifff*) and about cosplay. Somehow, during the discussion of what costumes I wanted to do for next year (I mentioned Ace and Eneru from One Piece), we got onto the subject of who in our group was who from One Piece. XD *grins* Which was a very entertaining talk to say the least.

Doi: So who's Kyoko-san?
Skuld: ...god, that's tough. Nami, maybe?
Seiji: ^_^ I want to be Nami!
Skuld: T_T Eeeee?!
Doi: I know! Kyoko-san's like Kaya-ojou-sama.
Skuld: Oh yeah. :D Totally, totally.
Kyoko: o_o *hasn't watched One Piece*
Doi: Yoshiya is very Zoro-poi.
Yoshiya: I can deal with that.
Doi: Mikio's like Tamanegi.
Mikio: Who's Tamanegi?
Doi: One of the kids in Usopp's Kaizoku-dan.
Mikio: I don't remember him.
Kenji: Who am I?
Seiji: Helmeppo.
Mikio: Who's Helmeppo again?
Skuld: Captain Morgan's son.
Kenji: =_____=
