It's the extended edition Return of the King's fault, really. I just got it today. (hee hee, I can hardly feel the keys beneath my fingers as I type!) So I popped RotK in and decided to play the drinking game. (Thanks to Destra, by the way, who gave me food and alcohol as a Christmas present.)
Here are the rules, as per sophomore year:
1) Drink for every ambiguously gay scene
2) Drink for every extended scene
3) Drink for every new scene
4) Drink every time they say 'ring.'
...god, it's about an hour in, and I am drunk off my ass.

The entry actually took me a rather long time to post because I kept spelling things wrong and making typos everywhere. XD

Arg, we used to do the same, but instead of 'gay scene' it was 'uncomfortable homo-erotic gaze'. Which basically means you're having to do a keg stand to deal with the last scene.
