For the math people

I love my taichi teacher. :3 He feels like a more asskicking version of my father, which is actually kind of cool. He's an old Chinese man, so he's starting to grow the scary long eyebrows. Lacks the beard, but that's okay. His Chen-style taichi is pretty badass.

Oh, here's a fun mathy question for you math kids to work out. I know people like Big Hentai Mike might be inclined to sit around and work this one out:

Let's take a clock, and flatten the hands down to the very back of it, so that the hour and minute hands can hold water between them.

Your question is: what time would it have to be to hold a maximum volume/area of water between the two hands?

Assume: gravity is downward (toward six o'clock) and that neither the hour hand nor the minute hand stretch all the way to the edges of the clock

Constraint:
1) The hour and minute hands must move relative to each other in typical clock fashion

Thanks to Jeremy for this question. Apparently, his brain thinks very mathy things at 1am.
