Fuji!

Just for the heck of it, the Random Advertising Slogan Generator, Fuji-style!

The Incredible, Edible Fuji. - Wrong. So wrong *licks lips*

Why Can't Everything Orange Be Fuji? - ...Orange? Fuji?

What Would You Do For A Fuji? - *snickers* A lot.

You've Got Questions. We've Got Fuji. - Give him to me. Now!

Have You Forgotten How Good Fuji Tastes? - I'm not sure *snerks*

Fall Into The Fuji. - *falls into Fuji* Mmmm...soft and fluffy ^^

Have You Had Your Fuji Today? - No, not yet *grabs at Fuji*

Got Fuji? - *glomps Fuji* Yes!

Kids Will Do Anything For Fuji. - Yes, for he is a commanding seme ^^

Would You Give Someone Your Last Fuji? - No, I would not.

In other Fuji-related news, Anthony and I are going to make a Fuji site called...well, we actually haven't thought of a name yet. Feel free to suggest something if you'd like. Also, my cactus has demanded to be named Chibi-chan. I give in under its might. Sorry, hermana...I'll give my next plant a Spanish name. Or maybe my new CPU when it arrives in two weeks *does happy new CPU dance* Finally, I'll have a computer that works.

Anyway. I somehow managed to survive yesterday with the demon-children only wrecking my brother's stuff. All of my prized possessions were nice and safe up in my room. The food was good, and it was nice seeing my grandparents again. Plus there's plenty of leftover pie for me to snack on! I <3 Pie ^^ Also, joined Kurisimasu - The Internet Secret Santa Project. Should give me something to occupy me between now and Christmas.

I've also noticed that I've been being very reclusive as of late. I should attempt to remedy this. Note the 'attempt' there. Ah well. Such is life.

*stares*....Tokyopop, I love you. More

*stares*....Tokyopop, I love you. More CLAMP manga! *does happy dance* And Tokyopop has been doing a really nice job with their recent releases...heck, they even put in the bookmarks in CCS *huggles her Yuki bookmark* And I have more Prince of Tennis to turn over to the Pope, and he shall give me the episodes in a format my computer can handle. Which means more Fuji! And my mom is bringing me home one of her mini-cacti from work today...Murasaki, you're an inspiration to all of us Fuji fangirls ^^ Expect a PoT/Fuji layout here sometime, if I find images that aren't crap in quality. I really have fallen for PoT. Have a bizzare urge to go play tennis, even though we have no rackets and there's six inches of snow outside. Still, I will prevail! ..Somehow. Anyway, on to life. I slept over my church Saturday night with the rest of my youth group. Sarah and I made art out of butter during dinner, discussed plans for an Arthurian sword fighting class, and generally were hyper. And she told me I looked evil stalking around in my Sei coat ^^ We also all went bowling until midnight. There were black lights and lots of music, most of which were about sex in some way (They also played the I'm Too Sexy song! *grins*). They played Lady Marmalade, from Moulin Rouge, and Mary and Kirsten were pretending to whore-dance. It was quite amusing. Sarah and I also won free games because we beat the DJ, and we were jumping up and down and dancing and screaming ^^ Yes, I think we had too much soda that day. Sunday was boring because nobody got enough sleep and I had to sit through two churches services. Monday and Tuesday where 'My God, I so don't want to be here right now' days. We had three tests yesterday, which was no fun. But now it's Wednesday, which means no school for five days, so I'm happy again. Anyway, off to find Prince of Tennis!

Thanksgiving

Happy Turkey Day, everyone! Decided to do this now, as the demon-children will be here later today. What am I thankful for this year? My friends, my family, my quasi-psuedo girlfriend (I wish ^^), my life in general, my anime/manga obsessions, good good times brought to you by sugar, to quote some of my friends, my mini-cactus which needs a name (suggestions, anyone?)...the list goes on and on. One must always remember what they already have when they think about all the things they want. With that thought, I leave you, as I have to cook and eat and watch demons later today.

Happy Birthday, Seishirou-san!

New layout! I wasn't originally going to use this one, but I got bored and started fooling around with it, and, well, I decided to use it. And I'll admit that the design is partly inspired by this beautiful layout, although I tried to make it as unique as I could. Anyway, I'm happy how this turned out. Much better than the last monochrome layout I made for a site, anyway...

Oh, for anyone wondering exactly what an afterimage is, it's "The impression of a vivid sensation retained by the retina of the eye after the cause has been removed; also extended to impressions left of tones, smells, etc." Rather fitting for Seishirou, post-Rainbow Bridge and all.

Prince of Tennis notes

...but first, a song! *sings* Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Seishirou, happy birthday to you! *stops singing* Sorry, that had to be done ^^. Now, on to PoT! I've now seen through episode 20, I thought I'd put down my opinions on the charecters and such for future reference and amusement.

Over all, I think I'm liking this series. The animation is nice for a shounen series, and seeing guys who aren't pencil-thin it kind of refreshing. It's also pretty light-hearted, which comes a a pleasent change after too my X ^^; As for the charecters....

Nanjirou is a crazy, leacherous old man. But he is rather amusing. Ryoma was really getting on my nervous at first, but I've started to warm up to him. Momoshirou is definately one of my favorites...anyone who tells a bunch of freshman to call him Momo-chan, and practically rips of his shirt in front of Nanjirou wins my respect. Eiji and Oishi are pretty much big question marks in my book, although I definately see hinds of something between them, and I find it cute how Eiji refers to Ryoma as the team's chibi-chan, if I caught that right. Tezuka reminds me of Tatsumi, with out the whole evil grin thing. I think I like him. Inui, on the other hand, does do Tatsumi's evil grin. That guy is crazy, but in an endearing way...always going on about his data ^^ Taka is amusing in his sort of quasi-split personality. Sans racket, he's kind of quiet and sheepish. Give him a racket however, and he becomes vicious. And calls Fuji 'Fujiko-chan', which I find incrediably adorable. Now Fuji, he's probably my favorite. When his eyes are closed he's all cheerful and cute, but when he opens his eyes, he means bussiness. And he's pretty ^^

Anyway, off to hunt down PoT sites and more episodes. And before I go...another song..in SPANISH!!! *begins singing again* Cumpleaños feliz, desayamos a ti...*fade out*

Life is good.

Today was a good day, and yesterday was a good night. While sitting under a table in a dark room talking to some one during youth group, the person I was talking to and I decided on what I'm going to do when I'm old. I'm going to be a guru, and have a hut on a mountain, and tell wise but obvious things to the people who come to me for advice. And they shall revere me anyway, because I am the guru ^^ And yes, I know I'm crazy.

Today was a day of many amusing things happening. The first of these amusing things occurred during History. Mr. Hamel was making some point about all wars being fought on the lands of the weaker side, and we were listing off different wars as examples. Then Tsu has one of his crazy moments, and says "World War 7." Mr. Hamel plays along, and says "Yes, World War 7 was fought on the Moon." Tsu, however, raises his hand, and says "World War 7 was fought on the Sun." Mr. Hamel gives Tsu one of those 'you're crazy' looks and asks "The Sun? Did you have something special for breakfast this morning?". So Anthony and Pope and I were making cracks about Tsu's 'special cereal' all morning. Then in Biology, we were reading over some examples of essay answers, and Pope complains about it being cold. So Mrs. Zendzian asks "Do you want a blanket?", sounding like she's joking, and Pope nods yes. She then proceeds to dig out a blanket from somewhere, and wrap it around his shoulders. Everyone, including her, were laughing. The only other truly amusing incident happened during lunch, and I think its best not mentioned because it's rather perverted. Let me just say that me and my friends are horrible, horrible people.

I also came to the conclusion on the bus ride home that I don't deal well with high matienence people. They get on my nerves very, very quickly. I can handle about up to the level of the Pope, and he mostly needs people to tell him he doesn't suck, and maybe try to get him to eat more often than every three days. Dunno why...guess that's just the way I am.

Anyway, so now I'm home, and I'm in a good mood. As such, I think I'm going to go make layouts and read and do homework and such things ^^

November 17, 2002
Screwed, so screwed >.<

Currently working on the first essay in my English class that counts as more than a homework mark. And I have no clue what I'm doing. Argh. I just hope the rest of my grades can make up for the C I'm going to get on this. On to happier things, however. As far as I can remember, absolutely nothing of any importance happened Thursday or Friday, except me getting kind of depressed, and starting yet another new blog layout. Oh, I did much better than I thought on that Biology test...93, which is one of the highest grades in my class. So I'm happy about that. Yesterday, I mostly just lazed about until last night, when I some how managed to talk my mom into taking me to see the second Harry Potter movie. We got there early, so we'd actually get seats. Halfway through the pre-movie ads, the fire alarm goes off. So everybody, including me, goes out the emergancy exit, and then right back in the front door to find out what happened. Turns out one of the popcorn machines burnt some popcorn ^^; We somehow managed to snag the seats we had before, which were nice and near the front, and waited for the movie to begin. Overall, I think it was pretty well done. I've seen better adaptations of books *coughlotrcough*, but I've seen much, much worse. Hmm...random thoughts on the movie...Lucius Malfoy looked like one of the Lothlorien elves in LotR, only all in black. I think I kept staring at him everytime he came on screen. He was delightfully evil. Snape too. I hate admitting it, but I'm a bit of a Snape fangirl at heart. They cut out one of my favorite scenes with him in it though ;_; Ah well. Such are the troubles of making a book into a movie.

...I can't think of anything else, so I'm just going to wander off and try and work on my essay some more...

*grins*

*Points at comment box* Look! I switched to something that works with BLOG better than YACCS ^^

November 12, 2002
Busy, Busy, Busy

Yeah, I kind of fell of the face of the net for a couple days there...had a lot to do. Saturday...what did I do Saturday... Went out and did some shopping with my mother, then we went out to the movies with my brother and his friend. My mom and my brother's friend saw 8 Mile, and my brother and I, being the courageous people we are, went and saw The Ring. And it was scary. I think I spent most of the movie clinging to my brother's arm...the creepy well girl scares me. *shudders* Anyway, not a lot happened Sunday. Got some new books, which are good so far (they came with high recommendations), went to the movies again with my brother and his friend, although this time with my dad instead of my mom, and saw 8 Mile. It was decent...probably would have liked it better if I could stand rap though. Monday was the real fun though...I went into Boston with my dad and brother. I got my hands on yet another YnM volume, which I haven't read yet. We also got candy, and then waited around in the Barnes & Nobles for her to finish classes and meet us. When that finally happened, we all went out to a nice dinner, and she and I went for a walk afterwards. It was nice. I probably blushed like a fool all through dinner, but I don't care. I'm just like that. Today was...okay, I guess. I'm not in the greatest of moods because my cold is bothering me, and most of my teachers were irritating today. Except my history teacher, who I got into a bizarre discussion about religion and philosophy with when I was supposed to be typing something. That's how life goes, I guess ^^; Shall blog more later...or...something.

November 11, 2002
Well, I'm back. My new

Well, I'm back. My new computer arrived on Saturday, and I only got around to setting my blog up on it today. I really, really love my new PC...it's all sleek and black. I'm thinking of naming it Satsuki, as kind of a compain to BEAST, especially since BEAST's moniter is part of it, kind of how BEAST is part of Satsuki in X.

Anyway, on to my week. Thursday was unfortunately a bit of a flop. I managed to get in to Boston, and picked up TB 7 and X 13, but she didn't show up until after we left, so I missed passing over PoT and other things. Friday nothing important that I can remember happened, Saturday my computer came, Sunday, I lazed around doing nothing but working on layouts and listening to Gravi music. Monday I went on a little Prince of Tennis spree and watched four episodes in one evening, as I've discovered Winamp3 plays AVIs, and plays them much better than Windows Media Player. There's an incrediably Ryoma/Tezuka slashy scene in 25-26, that runs something like this:

Ryoma:*walks into house* I'm home

Nanjiroh: You're back late, boy. Have a date?

Ryoma: Something like that (He was playing tennis with Tezuka ^^)

Cocoa: *snickers wildly at all the innuendo*

Oh, and the number three reason to love Tezuka is his image song. Unlike Fuji's, it doesn't sound like Jittensha ni Notte on crack. The number one and two reasons to love Tezuka of course are his dashing good looks (so...pretty...*_*) and his tennis talent. Although Fuji will always be my favorite PoT bishie, because he's got good looks, tennis skills, and nice voice (but NOT a nice image song -_-;), and he's got a great personality. See, this is why Anthony and I are making a site to him.

Ehehe...I'm easily distracted, all right. Where was I? Oh, today. Right. Today was kind of meh. Our concert was moved to next Wednesday, which means I most definately can't see LotR opening night ;_; Stupid stupid principal...I don't know a single person who likes that woman. And Dan Rheaume was being extra-stupid to me today, and almost got me in trouble in History. Luckily Mr. Hamel is a nice guy. But I'm still mad at Rheaume *glares*

Now, off to work on sites and layouts and watch more PoT ^^
